I want to assist those animals that
have been abandoned for various reasons and find themselves homeless through no fault of their own. While these dogs are not always puppies, many adult dogs come housebroken, spayed/neutered
and in some cases, obedience-trained and micro-chipped.
To address this issue, I have started a service called, THE
YELLOW PAINTED DOOR, in which I bring families together with dogs.
I take information given to me by you, (lifestyle, children
in the home and other pets). This is done in order to achieve the best possible
placement of the animal.
I will send you photos of dogs up for adoption and then YOU can follow up with phone calls where applicable, and meet with
specific dogs listed for adoption.
Please note that I provide FIVE dog referrals max. (meaning the dog's photo and
any background info. given.
